To strengthen Vermont farms and working landscapes by using the Internet to increase demand and interest among visitors and consumers for sustainable Vermont food products and agricultural experiences.

To test a model community composting project that diverts food waste from landfills to enhance soil fertility, improve agricultural productivity, reduce farm operations’ negative environmental impacts, and support farmers’ financial sustainability.
